7.00pm THURSDAY, APRIL 1 on Ten

The contestants are treated to two training seasons – lucky them! The team at Honda take them under their wing for a kick butt work out, then Biggest Loser host Hayley Lewis joins them in the pool for a swim class with a difference.

7.00pm WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31 on Ten

Forever fabulous ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ judge Jason Coleman arrives at Camp Biggest Loser to whip the contestants into gear. And he does it the only way he knows how – on the dance floor! This is a training season with a difference as the contestants learn that burning up the dance floor can burn up the calories too. See how losing weight can be fun!

7.00pm TUESDAY, MARCH 30 on Ten

Tonight the remaining contestants are delivered a surprise! It’s a DVD from the Commando that showcases the progress of the Castaweights – Phil and Joe. Both men have been training in Alice Springs with Commando for the past few weeks and the results are clear! The contestants are shocked by the boys transformation and feel a little threatened that one of them could take the title when they return to the house.

7.00pm MONDAY, MARCH 29 on Ten

After a life changing week in New Zealand the contestants are now back at Camp Biggest Loser and they waste no time in getting down to business – it’s last chance training! After training harder than ever the contestants head to the weigh-in room to learn their fate. But this week it will only be weight they loose, not a contestant as Hayley reveals there will be no elimination this week.

6.30pm SUNDAY, MARCH 28 on Ten

The contestants amazing week in New Zealand culminates in a challenging yet uplifting hike through the stunning mountains of New Zealand’s North Island. Each contestant starts the hike with a back pack full of weights that equal the weight they started the series at. Then, as the hike progresses they slowly shed the weight. It’s an exhilarating and emotional experience that allows the contestants to truly understand just how far they have come.

The second week of Easter non-ratings which runs from Easter Sunday April 4 until Saturday April 10 sees Ten drop some of their normal programming for specials and repeats. With Daylight Saving ending Sunday morning (where applicable), at least we have the Easter long weekend to get used to it being dark an hour earlier by the clock.

On Sunday April 4, Biggest Loser is down to the final four contestants. One of which loses a whopping 8kg which is amazing at this stage of the competition. Later in the week, the 42km marathon gets under way in which ALL contestants including those eliminated throughout the series compete for the title.

At 7.30pm, it’s the best of Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation special, highlighting the best bits of the show in its short history. Called Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation: Family Assortment, the special is set to remind viewers of all those hilarious moments with Amanda Keller, Charlie Pickering and Josh Thomas as the GENerals for Baby boomers, Gen X and Gen Y respectively.

At 8.30pm, airing for the third time since its free to air debut Feb 2009, is the movie the Devil Wears Prada. Good Wife is off for the week.

On Monday night at 8.30pm is Melbourne International Comedy Festival Presents: The Comedy Allstars Cabaret AKA “Supershow”. Special host Paul McDermott together with Charlie Pickering (he’s getting a fair bit of TV now, isn’t he?), Reginald D Hunter, Denis Scott and Axis of Awesome as well as other local and international comedians will help close out the Easter long weekend with a night of laughs.

Speaking of Easter Monday, be aware that regular day time TV will be off due to sporting commitments. That means no Oprah, Doctor Phil, Ready Steady Cook, or Bold and the Beautiful on Monday April 5th.

Friday, March 12 7.30pm (Biggest Loser Master Class)

Tonight Shannan and MIchelle provide more hot tips on how to stay in shape at home. Resident heathly chef Janella Purcell whips up a tasty culinary feast that’s also good for the waistline, and Dr Norman Swan takes a class on the biology of leading a healthy life.

Thursday, March 11 7.30pm

The 21 km run continues. It’s a stellar effort by all! But only one will win – or will they? The first place getting gets more than just glory, as Hayley reveals they will leave Camp Biggest Loser for a unique training opportunity with the Commando in a far away location. But the winner does not go along, they are allowed to take someone with them. Who will it be?

Wednesday, March 10 7.30pm

The contestants learn that today is the day for the 21 km run. They have been training for this for months. The pressure is on to take home the prize. Who will it be?

Tuesday, March 9 7.30pm

Tonight the contestants head to the pool for this weeks immunity challenge that will test their balancing skills. They all must stand on a beam that runs across the pool, every 10 minutes a beam will drop making it narrower – last one standing wins immunity.
