Hutchinson Builders CEO. Scott Hutchinson, is the fourth generation Hutchinson man to step into the business. Having been involved in the company all his life, growing up he worked a variety of roles within the company, Scott is relishing the idea of getting back to basics.

Starting off in Rockhamp- ton, Scott meets Karen Reynolds, who is studying at university to become a builder and has won the Master Builders CQ Woman in Building Award two years running. Karen dreams of being the youngest woman in Australia with her builders licence. Can Scott help her achieve her dream? Then, on a building site in Sydney, Scott is inspired by Lachlan James, a junior site engineer who was born with a bowed tibia and made the choice to have one of his legs amputated below the knee. Despite his physical disability Lachlan is driven to succeed at Hutchies and Scott is willing to help him in any way he can.

When YMCA CEO Nick Cox goes undercover he is inspired by the people he meets along the way. Undercover at the South Headland and Gratwick Aquatic Centre, Nick meets Thierra Clan-ton, a young woman of Aboriginal decent who is passionate about her Swim For Life program, which was developed to provide training and employment opportunities for young Aboriginal people.

Then, when Nick goes undercover in Newcastle at a before and after school care centre, he meets James Thompson, a childcare worker who has suffered a lot in life. With his partner beaten to death at a party, his father dying and his sister suffering from a stroke, James could be forgiven for being down. Instead, his positive and optimistic outlook on life, along with his strong leadership skills and love of children, leads to an amazing opportunity.

The big change this week, is the 7PM Project moving to 6.30pm, becoming known as just “The Project”. Glee returns after a break in the US – once again airing within hours of its US air time, while Terra Nova is off for a week – due to a one week break in the US.

When Sodexo CEO and father of four, Johnpaul Dimech, heads undercover in the service industry he is inspired by the staff he meets. First up and he is off to the desert, where Sodexo provides all services for a mining base. Here Johnpaul joins mother of six, Gaylynne, as she cleans the miner’s rooms and bathrooms while they are at work- but can he impress her with his bed making skills? While on site Johnpaul also learns how to repair a toilet- eventually!

Then it’s off to the kitchen side of things, where Johnpaul learns what it really takes to work in corporate catering and the nitty gritty of catering for a nursing home- where he meets Graham and hers about his son who almost died not long ago. How with Johnpaul reward his hardworking staff?

Tonight meet lain, JBS Swift’s rock star CEO! Used to living the high life, he’s giving up the fancy cars and fast motorbikes to head to the front line of the meat packing business. During his journey undercover he learns that it’s harder than it looks to pack frozen burger patties and that five minute breaks in his meat plant are barely enough time to take of the protective gear and there’s not even time to go to the bathroom.

Then he’s on the land, sorting and tagging cattle, but can he avoid an angry bull in time? While undercover lain meets a number of inspiring staff, such as Cilia, who lost everything in the Qld floods; and Tommy, who’s best friend was killed on the job. Can lain help make a difference in their lives?

Ella Bache CEO. Pippa Hallas. great grand niece of Ella Bache herself, decides to go undercover to see how the practises and regulations directed by head office are implemented in many of the brand’s franchises. On her travels Pippa meets some inspiring staff members, including Sharina. an 18 year old who was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and almost died; and Jen. a dedicated teacher at the Ella Bache clinic, who was trained by Pippa’s grandmother, Edith Hallas. Can Pippa help these inspiring staff members to achieve their dreams?

For the first time on Undercover Boss Australia we send two bosses undercover! This week we meet Brett Dyland, Hogs Breath Cafe MD, and Rodney Winkleman, Hogs Breath Cafe OD- who head undercover to see what’s going on across the Hog’s Breath Cafes. Brett and Rodney split up to cover a number of their restaurants, meeting some inspiring staff along the way as they learn front and back of house duties from the ground up. Keep an eye out for the two of them being put to work at the same store- will they give the game away?

It’s an all new series of Undercover Boss Australia and this year we are meeting eight CEOs who are heading undercover to find out more about their companies and their staff.

First up it is Tony Braxton-Smith, CEO for Great Southern Rail, who operates luxury passenger trains, The Ghan and The Indian Pacific. Tony heads undercover on his trains to clean toilets, serve the first class passengers and even unload the luggage.

As he makes his journey into the world of his staff Tony discovers some inspirational and moving characters that he is proud to call his employees.
