The Biggest Loser

7.30PM THURSDAY / MAY 1

13 weeks ago, 15 unhealthy, overweight Australians, from all walks of life, entered the Biggest
Loser White House and embarked on a journey of weight loss and self discovery. With the devoted
help of trainers Michelle, Shannan, Bob and Jillian, these peoples' lives have been transformed
beyond recognition - and tonight, those transformations will be revealed in a LIVE FINALE SPECIAL.
The kilos are off and the glad rags are on as this year's contestants take to the scales one final
time in front of an audience of family, friends, supporters and admirers. Expect the results to be
dramatic and emotional as we discover who will take home the title of The Biggest Loser and the
prize money.
It's been a year of firsts - the first romance, the first escape, the first sibling rivalry, the first secret
team and who knows, maybe the first time an Australian woman takes home the title...

6.30PM SUNDAY / APRIL 27 & 7.30PM THURSDAY / MAY 1

Sunday 27th April (one hour special) – The four remaining contestants take to the scales for the final Weigh In. One of them will have to say goodbye to their chance of becoming this year's Biggest Loser as we reach the final stage of the competition.

6.30PM SUNDAY / APRIL 20 & 7.00PM WEEKNIGHTS

Sunday 20th April – A pleasant surprise awaits the birthday girl ahead of tonight's Weigh In. There's a competitive mood between the returned contestants and the final four but it will be the scales that decide who's up for elimination tomorrow.

Monday 21st April – The contestants up for elimination rally together in a show of support. This far along in the game the stakes are really high. It is daunting to know that someone has to go.

Tuesday 22nd April (one hour special) –
This is the moment the contestants have been waiting for it’s Train the Trainers. Contestants finally get an opportunity to exact revenge on Michelle and Shannan for all their gruelling work outs. Contestants try on their dream outfits and see that dreams have become a reality.

Wednesday 23rd April – The final Temptation of the series holds the ultimate reward – a guaranteed place in the series Final.

6.30PM SUNDAY / APRIL 13 & 7.00PM WEEKNIGHTS

Sunday 13th April – The remaining contestants arrive back at The White House. It's straight back
to business as usual as they prepare for another Weigh In.

Monday 14th April – Who's been swapping the diet chocolate sauce with the full fat topping, and
could it have cost someone their place in the house?

Tuesday 15th April (one hour special) – It's down to just four remaining Biggest Loser contestants
– but that's all about to change!

Wednesday 16th April – Michelle and Shannan arrive to a very full house and are amazed at the
progress of some of the old contestants.

Thursday 17th April (one hour special) – The returning contestants battle it out to remain in the
house as 12 become six.

Friday 18th April – A challenge decides which two contestants will get a second chance to re-enter
the house.

6.30PM SUNDAY / APRIL 6 & 7.00PM WEEKNIGHTS

Sunday 6th April – A Weigh In with a twist. The winner of last week's Temptation must swap his /
her weight loss with another contestant. The results are quite a shock!

Monday 7th April - Two strong contenders face Elimination this week. In a game where strategy
counts, this gives the other contestants a perfect opportunity to get rid of the competition.

Tuesday 8th April (one hour special) – The contestants get some welcome relief from The White
House as they travel overseas to Hawaii on a journey of self discovery.

Wednesday 9th April – Their location may have changed but the game remains the same. Each
contestant must confront their greatest fear – Biggest Loser style.

Thursday 10th April (one hour special) – Swimming with sharks and jumping off cliffs are on
today's agenda. The overseas experience is drawing to a close and leaves everyone in a reflective
mood.

7pm Monday 31st March

It's a quietly fiery Elimination
this week. Everyone is trying to be
polite but there is lot of dislike in the room and
someone has to go!

Wednesday 2nd April

This week's Temptation
is a game of Snap with a Biggest Loser
twist. Contestants who 'snap' must eat the
food pictured on the playing card ranging from
lambs brains to 3000+ calorie laden dishes.

Friday 4th April

This week's Challenge is Seven Deadly Tonnes. The contestants must haul a
tonne of weights, bricks, water bottles, logs, steel poles, tyres or sand bags from one end of a field
to another.

6.30pm Sunday 30th March

As the contestants
say goodbye to the Legends, more surprise
guests are preparing to arrive at The White
House which will cause a real 'us and them'
atmosphere before this week's Weigh In.

Tuesday 1st April (one hour special)

The
day the contestants have been waiting for –
Makeover Day! Goodbye to the old baggy black
clothes and hello to colour, style and glamour!
The transformations are dramatic and of
course, emotional.

Thursday 3rd April (one hour special)

Upset
after losing the Temptation, one contestant
heads straight for the kitchen and embarks on
a 4000 calorie eating binge. As the guilt sets
in, old habits need to be addressed – and avoided.

Friday 28th March

The contestants are paired up with the LEGENDS for this week's challenge which involves the pulling of something large with wheels. In series one there was a truck, series two there was a plane...what mode of transport are they face with this year?

Sunday 23rd March

The contestants gear up for another Weigh In which will determine which team will be sending someone home in tomorrow's Elimination.

Tuesday 25th March

(one hour special) – The teams are in for a big surprise today. Whether they are Blue, Red or Black, from now on, it's not going to matter

Thursday 27th March (one hour special)

The contestants are expecting a guest – they're probably not expecting eight! Past contest-ants arrive at The White House to inspire and motivate.
