Tonight THE GREAT OUTDOORS takes a look at some good family fun.

Ernie Dingo checks out two of Vanuatu’s most famous Port Vila resorts and reports on what they have to offer in their kids’ clubs. There’s everything from beach Olympics to grass-skirt making and swimming with horses.

Andrew Daddo is in Nymboida in NSW, the outdoor adventure capital of the Clarence Valley. On land try abseiling, rock climbing and canyoning or take to the water and ride the rapids on canoe, kayak, raft or tube. Andrew also heads to Victoria. A rewarding drive is travelling the accessible highways and byways of South Gippsland in a Winnebago, where rolling hills and green-carpeted farmland meet some scenic coastline near Bass Strait. From dinosaur digs and tours at Inverloch to fishing at Port Albert, there’s even the opportunity for the four-legged family member to round up sheep and ducks at a working dog education weekend at Welshpool.

Tom Williams takes a look at Fiji, a nation blessed with stunning landscapes, abundant sunshine and some of the friendliest people on the planet. The Shangri-La Fijian Resort’s Kids Club is one of the best in Fiji and their Little Chiefs Club is sure to keep the kids out of your hair and well entertained during your stay. Plus, one of the big bonuses is that kids under 12 stay and eat for free.

And Jennifer Hawkins is in Dreamworld on the Gold Coast for morning walk on the wild side with a Bengal Tiger. She then meets handler Liz Bellward for an update on one-year-old Bengal Tiger Cubs Indah and Rahni, then it’s a thrill ride on the new Mick Doohan Motorcoaster. Also in QLD, we stop in at the Boulia Camel Race, now in its 11th year. An all-in outback adventure, even Dawn Fraser is there to catch all the action of Australia’s premier camel racing event.

Jen also begins part one of her drive from LA to San Francisco, heading north along California’s scenic Highway 1 - a state highway that runs along the spectacular Pacific coast. Its spectacular views and unmatched beauty make for the ultimate road journey and you’ll experience a diverse mix of sites - from the quirky and unusual to the remote and beautiful! First stop, Big Sur.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS is presented by ERNIE DINGO, TOM WILLIAMS, ANDREW DADDO and JENNIFER HAWKINS.

Mistresses last episode was put back an hour from the advertised time. My recorder only got the first 15 mins. How can I get a download of the final?
