Well I never seen the show on tv but always thought that alot would be edited and possibly some scripted acting style thrown in to juice it up.But, I do believe there are those with these sixth sense talents no different then somone born with a magical sounding voice or the ability to dance or be the best in some particular sport or even a heart or brain surgeon,I see it as another talent possibly you are born with and some develop further.
Last night a friend took me to a club where one of these tv psychics was doing a show,I wanted to see it first hand and of course picked the flaws and noticed how the psychic was pushing to make it fit with a few people,then to my shock I was on the microphone cause they stood near my row saying my dead mothers name and her dead brothers name,now I must say nothing he said was forced,everything was correct,yes they may have sounded like small basics that could fit alot of people but the links to events and correct names was astounding, I now want to find out who he was and book a proper private sitting, and can I just add when you have a microphone shoved under your face in a room of 300 strangers you go blank,I connected everything in alot more detail once they moved onto another person.

I should add that whoever puts these TV pages up could use some help from a spirit guide - or at least a TV guide. The series final as episode five and aired on August 6.

No one can dispute what you have experienced, it's your experience. Cognitive bias is an exceptionally strong force to which we are all susceptible, including sceptics. It is well understood and widely documented.I hope things are going better for you these days..
Even if psychic do exist, the people in this show did not demonstrate any psychic abilities despite serious amounts of editing from the producers which saw volumes of failed readings left on the cutting room floor. Even with the editors on side, they still failed time after time.
If a few hits makes someone a psychic then you must surely assume they are not psychic when you discover they had at least four misses (almost all edited out) for every one hit - and many of the hits were VERY generic. Or are misses entirely irrelevant and is every hit relevant regardless how vague?
When you say "caring" do you mean like Sylivia Browne telling a couple their son was dead when he wasn't or telling a woman her husband drowned when he actually dies in the WTC (911) or telling a couple their daughter was shot when she dies in her room and an autopsy found no cause? Is this the caring we should expect from psychics?
I've said in my blog that some of these contestants probably have the capacity to be social workers or maybe even psychologists if they wanted to be. Some of them certainly have the ability to put some people at ease but do they have to pretend to talk with the dead to do it?
But if these people were so "caring" they wouldn't have trampled all over the memory of Peter Falconio for the sake of TV ratings and self-promotion. Ezio says it is justified if it can bring closure - but it didn't. They found nothing - just as the sceptics predicted they would. Does that make the sceptics psychic - or is that just luck?
As for the afterlife, if there is one, we'll see you there because, according to psychics, everyone ends up there and we're all happy. Indiscretions during our time on Earth seem to be irrelevant to gaining entry to the spirit world. I look forward to meeting my great grandmother's second cousin and I'm sure she's "dying" to meet me. She has a "J name", like Joan or Jill or Jean or something with a "J".

why the do u watch the show in the first place????????
after reading all the comments people have been leaving chastising these gifted people i am disgusted with all you sceptics. how do you know there isn't more to life than you can see. after a reading with a psychic over 12 years ago i was told about a boy who would be born to me who would have to overcome many hurdles and a description of what these would be and what would be happening in my life at the time he was born. my first boy was born but none of the things the psychic said happened so i put it down to a big miscalculation on the psychics part. 3 years ago i found i was pregnant again and my baby was a boy also nothing seemed wrong for a few weeks then everything he said started coming true one thing after the other. that reading of my future including what he said about my partner is so accurate i challenge all of you to say i am wrong. i know i am not. maybe if you all took some time to sit and think about life instead of damning everything that doesn't make sense to you and stop spending all your time ridiculing these wonderful caring people who don't chose to be gifted but do chose to let others benefit from their gifts, you might just become better people. congrats to charmaine and the rest of the psychics it's nice to know there is more to life after you die and is a great comfort to those who have lost someone that they will meet again when their time comes. to all you non believers i guess we won't be seeing you in the after life will we

Who would have thought this show could sink any lower?
This segment was filmed a month ago and they find nothing. We'll see the usual generic guesswork with lots of statements about things that you might expect relate to an outback murder but there will be nothing "chilling" about it.
IF there were ANY psychics in Australia, we would have no missing people and no murder mysteries. But of course, whenever you question them about their multiple failures they always say "it doesn't work that way". In fact, it just doesn't work ANY way.
Channel Seven have had to edit out up to 80% of each segment in order to make it look like the contestants might have something the rest of us don't. If we'd seen all the misses that are lying on the editing room floor, we'd be even less impressed than we are now - and we're not impressed as it is.

Can someone please ask the psychics (when they don't find Peter Falconio's
body) If the disappearance is related to the disappearance 17th December 1967 of Harold Holt for not agreeing to base at Pine Gap. Also, if they know that Devil Worshipping is witnessed to be occurring at US base at Pine Gap according to Dr Steven Greer's book "Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge". Do devil worshippers have anything to do with Hellfire clubs ?

UN has resolution to invetigate why Iraqi mothers do not say "Is it a boy or a girl?" at birth but instead "Is it normal?" due to the effects of Depleted Uranium weapons of mass destruction and new microwave oven weapons
which cook peopl to death. Some questions need to be answered.
