TRINNY AND SUSANNAH UNDRESS…
Episode 1, ‘Ellie and Lester’

Sunday April 29
5:00pm (PG)

**NEW SERIES PREMIERE**

Outspoken style gurus Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine (What Not To Wear) present a brand new series that sees them tackling couples whose fashion sense has deserted them - but whose problems lie deeper than the clothes they're wearing. There are no holds barred as the presenters persuade couples whose clothes are trapped in an unflattering timewarp to take a long hard look at both their style and their relationship.

This week they’re in rural Aberdeenshire – home to Ellie and Lester Heady an unconventional couple of English exiles. While Ellie (34 yrs, 5’11”) goes out to work at a local nursing home, househusband Lester (53yrs, 5’4”) has his hands full looking after their two autistic children. In recent years, Ellie feels Lester’s completely given up caring how he looks, and now the passion’s gone from the marriage – so much so that Ellie’s stopped wearing her wedding ring.

When Trinny and Susannah arrive they immediately start to ‘undress’ the couple – peeling back the layers of both their wardrobes and their relationship. Never ones to mince their words, the girls are quick to diagnose Ellie and Lester as a couple of “fashion virgins” who’ve lost their way when it comes to romance. Working on the hoof in the couple’s home village, Trinny and Susannah need all their straight-talking wits about them and pull out all the stops – including stripping the couple naked; organising a trip to Ann Summers; and, of course, a barrage of fashion and style advice.

But, perhaps unsurprisingly, attempting to transform Ellie and Lester’s appearances and reignite their long lost spark, turns out to be one of Trinny and Susannah’s toughest challenges yet.

TRINNY AND SUSANNAH UNDRESS… is presented by TRINNY WOODALL and SUSANNAH CONSTANTINE.

PLEASE NOTE: Screening in Sydney only at this stage
